A Knight of the seven kingdoms
The Brief: Create a teaser poster for a spin-off Game of Thrones show that introduces a lighter tone from previous adaptions while still feeling grounded within the franchise. The task was also to tease two characters from the beloved books and build intrigue around what lies ahead on their journey together in the show.
Role: Senior Graphic Designer
Client: HBO Max
Creative Strategy: The close crop lets the height difference speak for itself, but it’s their hands together on the sword that carries the emotional weight of the composition. From a small thumbnail to a large billboard, the art needed to instantly communicate their bond at every scale. The color palette is a bit more sun-drenched and vibrant than you might expect from the original Game of Thrones series, but the environment is still rooted in the world of this epic franchise.

96th oscars poster (2024)
Client: ABC
Creative Strategy: I wanted the design to feel like the ceremony does, like something big is about to happen. Using light and color to create a sense of depth, I captured the grand scale of the ceremony with a graphic interpretation of a multi-color spotlight. That same energy carried across print, digital, and social, and even the nomination announcements.
The Brief: Design a poster with a fresh perspective of the iconic Oscars statue that felt distinct from the previous iterations of the decades-long history of the Oscars.
